Since our projects are widely spread across the country, we take initiatives for each location differently. The various activities may range from community development through imparting education, regular health camps, training for skill development to having regular sessions on arts & culture.

Our culture of integrity in the organization has spread to communities nearby our project sites and we are proud of that. Energo believes in education for all and thus teaching and learning are an integral part of our CSR activities. We not only provide education to worker’s children but also teach the workers the benefit of education and encourage them to support their children’s education.

A day in the life of our workers is full of health and safety risks. We follow strict safety rules and ensure absolute safe working environment. Regular free health camps and check-ups are conducted on workers as well as their families. We also ensure medical support to our employees in case of medical emergencies in their family.

We are continuously developing and evaluating our CSR initiatives. We are also strengthening out site management teams to take such initiatives independently as per the requirement of the local community.
